Our technical documentation services for traffic surfaces include the preparation of conceptual designs, preliminary, main, and detailed design projects for traffic surfaces, as well as submitting applications and obtaining location and building permits.

The traffic surfaces we have participated in designing include airport surfaces, public and unclassified roads, cycling and pedestrian infrastructure, as well as traffic surfaces for public buildings and complex industrial facilities.

Together with a select group of external experts, we offer the preparation of complete projects for traffic surfaces and accompanying structures (bridges, overpasses, etc.) as well as geotechnical works necessary for project implementation.

Professional construction supervision

We provide professional supervision services during the execution of construction works, aiming to ensure quality, compliance with the project's technical documentation, applicable regulations, and agreed deadlines. Throughout the entire process, we remain actively involved in the project and provide clients with advice on optimal technical solutions during construction.

As part of our supervision services, we cover the positions of construction supervisor and Health and Safety Coordinator (Phase II). In cooperation with experts from other disciplines, we ensure a comprehensive supervision service even on the most complex projects.

Preparation of technical studies

We offer clients the preparation of traffic studies, including changes to existing traffic signage, the design of new traffic signage, and the preparation of analyses with proposals for optimising, modifying, or implementing new traffic solutions.

We also prepare Health and Safety Plans in the capacity of Health and Safety Coordinator (Phase I and II). As part of our services, we carry out energy certification and prepare designs for improving the energy performance of buildings. In addition, we prepare bills of quantities for civil engineering structures, ensuring precise and reliable cost estimates for all phases of project implementation.
